TappaNappa Wedding Planning coordinates and styles your wedding with you, giving you the time to completely enjoy the journey of your wedding day.

Equipment Hire Division

TappaNappa Event Hire & Styling assists you with styling and selection of hire items for your Wedding Ceremony, Reception or Event.

Self Styling Division

TappaNappa Event Hire & Styling have a range of equipment available for Self Styling of hire items for your Wedding Ceremony, Reception or Event.

HIRING

 What are my payment options?

TappaNappa accepts Visa or MasterCard credit card payments, direct deposit and cash. All orders will be processed once payment has cleared, direct deposit may delay your order by several days.

What currency are the prices on the TappaNappa website?

All prices listed on the TappaNappa Event Hire & Styling website are quoted in Australian Dollars.

Will I be charged GST?

No GST is charged at this time.

Are online transactions secure?

TappaNappa assures that all transactions conducted online are completely secure. Our website uses secure socket layer (SSL) certified to encrypt all of your personal information. We use strong security measures to prevent the loss, misuse and alteration of your information once it is in our records. If you are concerned about paying for your order over the internet, you can contact TappaNappa to pay over the phone.

Can I order by phone?

Orders can be placed over the phone by calling TappaNappa 0411 198 828. One of our friendly and helpful customer care representatives can assist you with your order. Our customer care representatives are available to assist you during business hours.

Do you have a printed catalogue?

TappaNappa maintain a product catalogue on our website, so we ask that you browse the website to view our products in detail.

Do you offer site inspections?

TappaNappa Event Hire & Styling are happy to offer onsite inspections to our customers and prospective customers. Onsite inspections do incur a service fee. Please call us at 0411 189 828 with any questions about specific venues.

How do I know if the products I want to hire are available for my event?

TappaNappa Event Hire & Styling strives to keep all items in stock in quantities to meet your requirements; however as with all hire businesses, peak times will cause some shortages of our hire items. Please call TappaNappa Event Hire & Styling on 0411 198 828 or email styling@tappanappa.com.au to confirm availability prior to booking.

Will I receive a confirmation of my booking?

You will receive an email confirmation shortly after booking your equipment along with a Hire agreement form and a copy of TappaNappa Event Hire & Styling terms and conditions. Please review your booking carefully and contact customer service immediately if you wish to make any changes.

Can I change the details of my booking?

TappaNappa Event Hire & Styling pride themselves in assisting you to create your dream wedding or event and understand the care you have taken in selecting the equipment you have booked. If you have any concerns regarding you booking and would like to discuss them, please contact our customer service team on 0411 198 828 for assistance.

Special conditions will apply where TappaNappa Event Hire & Styling have placed an order with a supplier for items exclusive to your wedding or event. We will however do everything we can to assist you.

When can I collect my equipment?

Hire items are available for pickup the day of your hire date, Sunday hires are available for pickup on Saturday and returned the first business day following the event.

Country Hires can be extended in some situations, contact our friendly team on 0411 198 828 for further information.

When will TappaNappa setup my Wedding?

TappaNappa will liaise with your venue to determine a time suitable for setting up your equipment in time for your ceremony and/or reception.

TappaNappa’s professional team will arrive with your equipment at the agreed time and have your equipment setup in time for the start of your event.

What if I want my event setup a day earlier?

In some instance the venue prefer the event is setup a day prior to the event. TappaNappa Event Hire & Styling are happy to work in with the venue in this instance for wedding ceremonies or receptions held indoors. The additional days hire will incur an additional days hire fee.

For outdoor wedding ceremonies TappaNappa will setup and remove all hire equipment within the time frames for your permit.

How do I get a Permit for my Wedding Ceremony?

TappaNappa Event Hire & Styling are happy to assist you with your application to obtain a permit for your wedding ceremony. All costs involved in applying for a council permit are the customer’s responsibility.

We pride ourselves on offering our customers new and unique products for their Weddings and Events. We encourage wholesale suppliers to submit product samples to TappaNappa Event Hire & Styling for consideration.
