Melbourne’s Experts in Garden & Beach Weddings
Melbourne offers a wide variety of beautiful Gardens and Beaches for your wedding ceremony, so many it can be hard to choose the perfect area for your ceremony. With all of that choice in locations we feel it’s only fair we match that with a wide array of styling choices for your ceremony. We have an extensive network of suppliers that complement our service and we are able to offer those contact details to you saving you precious hours of searching for the right event partners. TappaNappa work closely with the park rangers and find they are always happy to know we are onsite with a supply of chilled bottled water for our clients to ensure your guests remain cool and hydrated on the warmer days.
While considering the times needed for your Gardens permit take into consideration the time to deliver and setup your Garden or Beach Wedding along with the time of arrival for your guests. Our teams will generally have your ceremony setup within 45 minutes and we find guests attending weddings in these beautiful locations tend to want to arrive at least 30 minutes prior if not earlier to fully enjoy the area.
Wedding Ceremony Packages
No two couples are the same and with that in mind TappaNappa Event Hire & Styling offer a range of base packages that you are welcome to style to meet the vision you have for your wedding ceremony. Most packages begin with the inclusion of ceremony chairs, signing table and aisle runner, we have created our packages with some styling options allowing you the freedom to select the colours for those options. We offer a range of items including but not limited to:-

*Signing Table and Chairs with linen
*Free Standing Ice Tubs
Styling wedding receptions is another of our specialties and we are happy to offer customised centrepieces, along with ceiling and backdrop draping, fairy lights and Giant LOVE letters. We work closely with your venue to complete your setup as early as possible on the day of your event.
Gala Events Fundraisers
We have worked with a number of companies for many years toward creating outstanding rooms for their Gala Events and Fundraisers. With a full understanding of your styling needs and deadlines, we’ll work alongside you to assist you in bringing together a themed event that your guests will be remember for years to come.
Consultations are offered by appointment, and can be at your venue if you prefer. Our consultations are setup to allow you to take the time you need to go over the details of your event with one of our stylists and select the options that best meet your vision.
